Who processes your data?

The website webonweb.nl is an initiative of:

Webonweb is the data controller for the data processed through this website and through contact with us.

Which data do we process?

This website has no contact form, no accounts and no shop. You reach us by email or phone, and we only process what you send us yourself.

• Contact details you send us: name, email address, phone number and company name.
• The content of your message and our further correspondence about it.
• Technical data your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, browser type and the time of your visit.

What do we use your data for?

• To answer your question and discuss a project or collaboration: performance of a contract or steps prior to it, article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• To run our administration and invoicing and meet our tax retention obligations: legal obligation, article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
• To keep the website secure and available and to prevent abuse: legitimate interest, article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We do not use your data for profiling or automated decision-making, and we do not sell it.

Cookies and third-party services

We use no tracking cookies and no visitor analytics.

The website sets one functional cookie, i18n_redirected, which remembers your language choice. No consent is required for it.

Fonts are served from our own server. This website loads no files from third parties, so no one else learns about your visit.

Who gets to see your data?

Only the people at Webonweb handling your question.

We also use service providers that process data on our behalf, such as our hosting party and our email and accounting software. We have data processing agreements with them. Beyond that, we only share your data with third parties when legally required to.

How long do we keep your data?

No longer than necessary. Correspondence that does not lead to a project is kept for at most two years. Data that ends up in our administration is kept for seven years, as Dutch tax law requires.

How do we secure your data?

The website is served over HTTPS only and we limit access to our systems to the people who need it. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures, but we cannot give an absolute guarantee.

What rights do you have?

• Rectification of incorrect data.
• Erasure of your data.
• Restriction of processing.
• Objection to processing based on a legitimate interest.
• Portability of your data in a common file format.
