Understand first, build second
We ask the awkward questions before anything gets built. What happens when a customer cancels an order? Who gets to see what? Those answers shape how we set it up, and with that, how much impact a change has later on.
Built for five years from now
Everything sits where you would expect it, we check automatically that it still works, and there is room left for what you do not know yet. When your plan changes along the way, you do not start over.

That is not a formality. We read everything AI hands us, and fix whatever is awkward right away. We build our own products the same way, otherwise we would still be dealing with it years later.
